Pre-Bid
Conference
A.R.T. conducts a pre-bid conference
with invited bidders to discuss and finalize all field conditions
that may affect the bid. This keeps all bids comparative.
We also prepare supplemental drawings, addenda and bulletins,
as required to facilitate a level bidding process. When
the bids come in, our professional consultants are available
to review and discuss the bids and appropriate submittals.

A.R.T.'s specifications are designed for consumer protection,
from the bidding process through manufacturer warranty execution.
Properly prepared specs & plans ultimately saves the consumer
money by equalizing the bidding process. A.R.T. recently saved
a client $36,000 by broadening the bidding process and an
additional $27,000 in energy rebates for a total of savings
of $63,000 on a 53,000 square foot roof project. In addition
to providing the best specifications, our experienced roofing
and waterproofing designers design the most appropriate and
effective details for our clients projects. These designs
are communicated by means of plans and detail drawings. Our
specifications, plans and detail drawings are designed for
bidding purposes as issued.
